Hi, guys!
It is perfect time to speak about health.
First, let us check what the proverbs say:
P1: An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
P2: Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
P3: A sound mind in a sound body.
P4: Good health is above wealth.
P5: Wealth is nothing without health.
P6: Eat at pleasure, drink with measure.
P7: After dinner sit a while, after supper walk a mile.
P8: The early bird catches the worm.
P9: We are what we eat.
P10: He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything.
P11: The appetite comes with eating.
P12: Live not to eat, but eat to live.
Very wise, aren't they?
What is your favorite?
Today we are speaking about healthy living, about health and body care, how to keep fit. What is a healthy living? It is the way how you treat to your health and how you treat to your body. Now let’s name the words which define the word “health”. Let’s brainstorm the ideas.
In brief I can say if you want to be healthy and keep fit…
1) do sports
2) eat more fruit and vegetables
3) don’t go to bed late and sleep 8 – 10 hours
4) don’t eat fast food, sweets
5) don’t have bad habits
… and you will be healthy and happy!
I remember, I promised to tell you what I personally do in order to be healthy, although I wish I could be in a better form… :-)
As you may know, I do not eat meat (which is point at issue)
I do my yoga (almost every day)
I do not smoke and drink on very rare occasions.
I start my day with water with lemon and honey
I try my best to drink everyday at least 1,5 liter of water
I try my best to go to the swimming pool at least one time per week
I take vitamins everyday but time from time (3 months taking and then some pause)
And besides, girls, not so long ago I started one challenge.
That is 30-day squat (приседания) challenge
Tomorrow I am to do 100 squats. And I hope I can reach the 30th day :-) And I am not going to post here pics like before and after but maybe I will share my experience with you as soon as I am done. As for now I dont feel any muscles pain at all and it is quite easy....but I want so badly to believe that my body can do all 250 squats. We will see. Wish me good luck.
And this is how to do this
Apart from this squat challenge there is abs challenge and plank challenge...So you may choose any you'd like.
And today we bought blender and I am going to learn how to cook tasty smoothies.
These are smoothies. Please meet.
One like this instead of one meal… and you are supermodel.
